SOBMX on the grounds of the South of the Border Tourist Attraction is one of the top motocross training facilitates in the U.S., but our hard training schedule comes with a little bit of fun too. This video by Dustin Kendall gives you a peek into a typical Tuesday at the SOBMX Training Facility.
At SOBMX Training Facility our training days are made up of plenty of riding drills on our 4 pro quality motocross tracks. We practice everything from getting a hole shot to catching big air over the massive Arenacross jumps. Our students also spend time in the SOBMX onsite gym and workout center, with specially designed routines to strengthen the muscles that motocross riders use the most.
There’s always a little time to sneak in a some practice on the latest dance craze, so make sure you watch the entire clip to catch our SOBMX riders doing the Harlem Shake.

SOBMX is located on the grounds of South of the Border Tourist Attraction and offers 300 hotel rooms and 100 campsites with full hook-ups for race attendees. There are 24-hour restaurants on site, as well as shopping, arcades and the new Reptile Lagoon learning center. All these great features makes the Loretta Lynn Southeast Qualifier at SOBMX a great outing for the entire family.

SOBMX will be hosting a 50cc/65cc class on February 15th and 16th. Take advantage of one last chance to ride the SOBMX layout before the Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifier. The class will start at 12:00 on Friday Feb. 15 and go till 4:30 and then from 10:00-4:00 on Saturday.
The instructors will be SOBMX trainers Taylor Futrell, Dustin Kendall and Eric Shirk. Former Cobra National Sales and Racing Director Mike Burkeen will be on hand to discuss 50cc racing as well as any topics on Amateur National Racing, AMA rules, and training.
